CNC Milling

YEC provides services related to precision machining, on our 5-axis CNC Milling machine, workpieces are moved simultaneously along five axes using computer numerical control.

CNC Turn Mill

We have a CNC Turn Mill in the shop for precise turn-and-mill operations. We use CNC Turn Mill for the subtractive manufacturing process in which the workpiece is rotated while a cutting tool is held against the stock to remove material and create final parts.

Our CNC Turn Mill is fully equipped with live tooling that can machine flat features and holes into the workpiece. Outside diameter (OD) and inside diameter (ID) threading is also available. After machining, parts are inspected, boxed, and shipped to the client's address.







CNC Vertical Turning Lathe

YEC has a CNC Vertical Turning Lathe which can accommodate jobs up to 2500mm in diameter and 2 meters in height. This machine has a very good accuracy up to the largest sized jobs specific to heavy engineering industries like boiler and ball mill manufacture.

Electrical Discharge Machining

Our in-house EDM is used for both die and Mold applications. Molds that require EDM are first machined using our standard milling process to keep your lead time as short as possible. They then proceed to EDM machines to achieve the specific features that require EDM. As a result of this two-step process, we can make complex tools and high-temperature steel Molds with minimal lead time and leverage our milling expertise.
